Lufthansa flight LH-105 had to reject take off from Munich, Germany, on November 1st.
The Airbus A320-200 plane was accelerating to take off for Frankfurt, Germany, when the crew received an indication of an open cargo door and rejected take off.
The plane safely returned to the apron.
Everyone aboard remained safe.

What: Air Canada Airbus A320-200 en route from Toronto to Calgary
Where: Toronto
When: Oct 18th 2009
Why: Prior to takeoff, the plane encountered problems with the nose wheel steering while taxiing. The system was reset; and after take-off, hydraulic fluid was found on the runway.
The crew elected to continue the flight to Calgary.
A Cessna 172SP plane made an emergency landing in a field along 41st Street and Lynn Lane in east Tulsa, Oklahoma, on January 11.
The pilot decided to make an emergency landing after the plane, that took off from Jones Riverside Airport, developed an engine problem. According to Terry Maurer with the Tulsa Police Department, the pilot first thought of landing at Harvey Young Airport but it is surrounded by a residential area and “he didn’t want to try and land a disabled plane around a residential area.”
The plane landed safely. The pilot Zach Prewitt, who is a flight instructor at the Christiansen Flight School, Jones Airport, remained uninjured.
The FAA is investigating.

What: Air France/Cityjet Fokker 50 en route from Antwerp to Manchester
Where: Antwerp
When: July 20 2011
Why: On takeoff out of Antwerp the flight developed complications.
The crew made an emergency landing, due to a cargo fire alarm, and the flight
was cancelled.
American Airlines flight AA-793 had to return and make an emergency landing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on December 15th.
The Airbus A330-200 plane took off for Charlotte, North Carolina, but had to turn back due to a mechanical issue.
The plane landed uneventfully. All passengers and crew members remained safe.
Volaris flight Y4-423 encountered turbulence on the way to Tijuana, Mexico, on September 26th.
The Airbus A320-200 plane was flying from Guadalajara, Mexico, when it hit turbulence that injured twenty-five passengers and four crew members.
The plane continued for a safe landing.
Finnair flight AY-703 had to return and make an emergency landing at Helsinki Airport, Finland, on July 2nd.
The Airbus A319-100 flying to Dusseldorf, Germany, had to return due to bird strike.
The plane landed safely.
No one was injured.
