Ural Airlines flight U6-2768 made an emergency landing at Domodedovo International Airport, Russia, on November 21.
The Airbus A321-200 was flying from Chisinau, Moldavia, when on final approach, the crew reported an unsafe gear and requested an emergency landing.
The plane landed safely and was towed to the apron. All 112 people aboard remained unharmed.
Smartwings flight QS-3179 made an emergency landing in Prague, Czech Republic, on April 9th.
The Boeing 737-800 plane flying from Tel Aviv, Israel, was on approach to Prague when the crew reported they had a park brake set indication.

The plane was flying from Denpasar, Indonesia, when the crew reported a brake failure indication and requested a ‘clear runway, for an emergency landing.’
According to the airline, “Air traffic control asked the captain to conduct a holding pattern until the runway could be cleared for landing… Following a short period of holding, the captain landed the aircraft safely…. There was no issue with the aircraft braking system during the landing.”
None of the 181 people aboard were injured.
Germania Airlines flight ST-8536 had to return and make an emergency landing in Dresden, Germany, on March 14th.
The Boeing 737-700 plane took off for Hurghada, Egypt, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a hydraulic failure.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

A singe engine plane had to make an emergency landing at New Century Airport, Johnson County, Kansas, on the night of October 30.
According to Johnson County spokesperson Jody Hanson, the pilot of Piper PA-32 aircraft decided to make an emergency landing after a bird hit the aircraft’s windshield near Olathe.
The plane landed safely and the pilot did not need medical treatment.
