A Malaysia Airlines Boeing 737-800 plane burst a tire on landing in Jakarta, Indonesia, on June 13th.
The incident happened when flight MH-725 was coming from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The plane became disabled on the runway and was towed to the apron.
All passengers and crew members remained uninjured.
Flybe flight BE-803 had to reject takeoff and return to the apron at Newquay Cornwall Airport, United Kingdom on September 15.
The de Havilland Dash 8-400 plane was accelerating for takeoff when a sea gull struck it, forcing the crew to reject takeoff.
The airline arranged an alternate aircraft that took the passengers to London Gatwick airport with a 2-hour delay.
United Airlines flight UA-946 had to divert for an emergency landing at Shannon Airport, Ireland, on January 20th.
The plane flying from Washington Dulles International Airport, Virginia, to Amsterdam, Netherlands, was diverted after the captain became unconscious.
The plane, carrying 82 passengers and 12 crew members, landed safely.
The captain was rushed to a hospital.

Why: While over the atlantic, crew detected the smell of smoke in the cabin. The flight diverted to Gander, where it was examined for 3.5 hours, and no traces or problems reported. Passengers continued on the same plane to Nassau.

Why: While en route, the flight developed a problem with the automatic pilot and diverted to Toronto where they made a safe landing with three fire trucks on standby. Passengers were rerouted.

The incident happened when the Boeing 777-200 plane flying from Manchester, England, was on final approach to the airport.
The plane continued for a safe landing. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
Luxair flight LG-4605 made a hard safe landing at London City Airport, London, UK, on November 25.
The de Havilland Dash 8-400, flying from Luxembourg, had a panel missing from one of its engines.
The plane landed safely.
No one was injured.
