    Turbulence Injures 3 over Dulles

    What: United Airlines Express / Pinnacle Airlines / Colgan Airlines two-engine SAAB 340 en route from Parkersburg, WV
    Where: Dulles International Airport
    When: 3:35pm Oct 24 2009
    Who: 11 passengers
    Why: While en route from West Virginia, the flight suffered turbulence, injuring a flight attendant and a passenger. Both struck their heads.

    The plane made an emergency landing amid heavy rain and with gusty winds at Dulles; and both injured women were taken by ambulance to the hospital. An injured male passenger was treated at the airport.

    Zagros Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Iran

    ZagrosZagros Air flight IZG-4065 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Ahwaz, Iran, on July 12th.

    The plane, en-route from Tehran to Bandar Mahshahr, Iran, was diverted after the crew reported a fire indication for one of the engines.

    The plane landed uneventfully. Everyone aboard remained safe.

    Delta Airlines Plane Returns to Germany due to Hydraulic Failure

    Delta Airlines flight DL-222 had to return and make an emergency landing at Berlin Tegel Airport, Berlin, Germany, on July 5th.
