Why: On landing, the left main gear collapsed, and the plane landed on its left wing, rear fuselage and right main gear. It remains to be seen if it was a high speed landing, or a collapse due to hydraulic failure. Substantial damage was incurred, but fortunately there were no injuries reported.






Brussels Airlines flight SN-357 made an emergency landing in Brussels, Belgium, on June 12th.
