TAP Air Portugal flight TP-552 had to reject takeoff from Lisbon, Portugal, on May 9th.
The Airbus A319-100 plane was accelerating to takeoff for Munich, Germany, when the crew received a warning indication and rejected takeoff.
The plane safely returned to the apron. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

What: Vueling Airbus A320-200 en route from Granada to Barcelona

Why: On departure from Granada, the Airbus suffered a failure in the nose wheel steering. The crew diverted to Sevilla and made a safe landing. The plane was towed. Maintenance determined that the problem developed as a result of hydraulic system failure.
Passengers were booked on alternative flights.
Jin Air flight LJ-23 had to return and make an emergency landing in Seoul, South Korea, on February 8th.
The Boeing 777-200 plane took off for Angeles, Philippines, but had to return shortly afterwards due to an engine fire indication.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
British Airways flight BA-232 made an emergency landing at Berlin Tegel Airport, Germany, on November 16th.
The Airbus A321-200 plane heading from Moscow Domodedovo Airport, Russia, to Heathrow Airport, England, was diverted due to the loss of cabin pressure.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Why: While en route, the turbo prop experienced problems with the air conditioning system and had to divert to Camaguey Cuba. This is a few days after a chopper had to make an unplanned emergency landing in Port-au-Prince (Saturday.)
No injuries were reported.
KLM flight KL-661 had to return and make an emergency landing in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on September 4th.
The Boeing 787-900 plane took off for Houston, Texas, but had to turn back due to a hydraulic issue.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
