The Airbus A320-200 plane was accelerating to take off for Belo Horizonte, Brazil, when the crew rejected take off reporting an engine fire indication.
The plane was towed to the apron. All 131 passengers and 6 crew members remained uninjured.
Spirit Airlines flight NK-153 had to return for an emergency landing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on February 13th.
The Airbus A319-100 plane took off for San Salvador, El Salvador, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a bird strike.

A man wearing boxers scaled a fence and rammed into a pickup truck into a Southwest airplane at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska, on August 25th.
The aircraft was bound for Denver, Colorado, when the man drove the truck and rammed it into the plane’s nose gear.
Two crew members and one passenger sustained minor injuries in the accident.
The man was taken into police custody for further investigation.
Aegean Airlines flight A3-880 had to return and make an emergency landing in Athens, Greece, on February 24th.
The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Vienna, Austria, but had to turn back due to computer problems.
The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

What: Air Canada Airbus 320-200 en route from Toronto to Miami
Where: Miami
When: Dec 16 2010
Why: On landing in Miami, the Airbus suffered a bird strike causing minor damage to the airframe. No one was injured except the hawk.
