    Delta Airlines Plane Returns to Narita International Airport

    The plane was heading from Saarbrucken to Berlin, Germany, when the crew reported an engine issue and decided to divert.

    Plane Makes Emergency Landing at Sheremetyevo International Airport, Moscow

    A plane that left Moscow, Russia, for Yerevan, Armenia, had to return and make an emergency landing at Moscow Airport due to technical problems, on May 25.

    The plane, belonging to Aeroflot Company, landed successfully at the Sheremetyevo International Airport, about 30 minutes after it took off.

    Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan was also aboard the plane. He was in Moscow to attend the 3rd conference on international security.

    UPS Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Japan

    UPS flight 5X-104 had to divert for an emergency landing at New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido, Japan, on March 8th.

    The Boeing 767-300 plane heading from Anchorage, Alaska, to Osaka, Japan, was diverted after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines.

    Delta Airlines flight DL-72 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 29th.

    The Airbus A330-300 plane heading from Atlanta, Georgia, to Amsterdam, Netherlands, was diverted after the crew noticed engine vibrations.
