Why: The flight was east of porto when the pilot saw an indication of engine problems (technical malfunction.) The pilot diverted to Porto and made a safe landing at Porto.
Passengers disembarked normally on the apron, without emergency slides.
Media reported smoke although Ryanair said there was no smoke.
A replacement jet was provided.
