Jet Airways flight 9W-2881 had to return and make an emergency landing at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata, India on May 4.
The flight, en route to Silchar, India, returned under “partial emergency” conditions, after the pilot diagnosed a hydraulic issue in engine.
The plane landed uneventfully.
The ATR-72 aircraft was carrying 70 passengers at the time; all of them remained safe.
The airline arranged another plane for the passengers.
