IX-892, as well as its wish for the recovery of those injured. Boeing is sending a team to provide technical assistance to the investigation at the invitation of the Indian authorities. All media inquiries about the investigation must be directed to the Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation.

Delta Airlines flight DL-420 had to reject takeoff from John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, on October 1st.The Boeing 767-300 plane was accelerating to takeoff for Accra, Ghana, when the crew reported disagreeing airspeeds and rejected takeoff.
Fire broke out in the right main gear as the plane was taxiing to the gate. Emergency services responded and put out the fire.
All two hundred and fifty people aboard remained unharmed.
