What: TACA Peru Airbus A321-200 en route from Lima Peru to Buenos Aires
Where: Resistencia Argentina
When: Nov 23rd 2009
Who: 180 passengers
Why: While en route, the flight encountered a high altitude hail storm, which cracked the windshield. The flight diverted to Resistencia after the crack was found. There is no indication if the crack caused a disruption of cabin pressure; however passengers were still booked on alternative flights on landing.

Vueling Airlines flight VY-1867 had to reject taking-off at Stuttgart Airport, Filderstadt, Germany, on August 13.
