Eurowings flight 4U-592 made a hard landing at Palma de Mallorca Airport, Spain, on October 20.
The left side engine access door of the Airbus A330-200 opened right after taking off, making it hard for the crew to continue the flight. The plane was flying from Cologne Bonn Airport, Germany, to Palma, Spain, at the time.
The plane with 182 people aboard laded uneventfully.
Everyone aboard remained safe.
