A Russian military helicopter made an emergency landing in Hama, Syria, on October 6th.
The Mi-28 helicopter was escorting a Mi-8 transport helicopter when it experienced a technical fault.
The aircraft landed safely. No injuries were reported.

TAP Portugal Airlines Plane Returns to Mozambique
TAP Portugal Airlines flight TP-282 made an emergency landing in Maputo, Mozambique, on June 23rd.
The Airbus A340-300 plane took off for Lisbon, Portugal, but had to return shortly afterwards after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines due to a technical fault.
The plane landed safely. There were 200 people aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.

Aeroflot Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Hydraulic Issue
Aeroflot flight SU-34 made an emergency landing in St. Petersburg, Russia, on January 10th.
The Airbus A321-200 plane flying from Moscow, Russia, was descending toward St. Petersburg when the crew reported a hydraulic issue.
The plane subsequently landed safely. All one hundred and ten people aboard remained unharmed.

Nepal Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in New Delhi
Nepal Airlines flight RA-218 had to return and make an emergency landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India, on September 11th.
The plane took off for Kathmandu, Nepal, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a wing flap malfunction.
