The Airbus A330-300 en-route to Atlanta, Georgia, had to return due to a technical issue.
The plane landed safely.
No injuries were reported.
Replacement plane was arranged for the passengers.
United Airlines flight UA-1031 encountered turbulence on the way to Houston, Texas, on June 20th.
The Boeing 737-800 plane was flying from Panama City, Panama, when it hit turbulence that injured nine passengers and one crew member.
The plane continued for a safe landing. The injured were taken to hospitals.

When: Aug 10th 2010
Why: After take-off, the flight ran into weather.
The pilot diverted to Omaha, where they made a safe landing. However, on departure from Omaha, the plane developed engine vibration, and had to return to Omaha.
Allegiant Air flight G4-533 had to return and make an emergency landing at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Boone County, Kentucky, on July 20th.
The Boeing 757-200 en-route to Las Vegas, Nevada, had to return due to problems with its right engine.
The plane landed safely.
All 203 passengers and 7 crew members remained safe.

A 1929 vintage biplane made an emergency landing due to mechanical problems. The plane landed at the Torrey Pines Golf Course, located at 11480 Torrey Pines Park Road in San Diego, California,
The incident happened at 11:40 a.m. on June 10 when the engine of the Travel Air 400 began “running rough.”
The pilot, Bill Oglesby, was flying with two tourists aboard. He took no chances and decided to make an emergency landing.
The biplane is used to provide the tourists a bird’s-eye view of the scenic coastline and local attractions in San Diego. Barnstorm Adventures website says it charges $289 for a 40-minute trip.
The passengers were fully refunded.
