Hawaiian Airlines flight HA-8 made an emergency landing in Las Vegas, Nevada, on November 7th.
The plane flying from Honolulu, Hawaii, was on approach to Las Vegas when the crew noticed a possible mechanical issue and declared an emergency.
The plane landed safely. All two hundred and seventy-one people aboard remained unharmed.
A helicopter made an emergency landing in a field in Snargate Lane, Brookland, England, at around 11:10 a.m. on February 13.
The incident happened when the helicopter was carrying 2 men. According to South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman Rich Airey, “It was reported that the helicopter had a soft landing but then rolled onto its side…We sent two ambulances, a car and the hazardous area response team.”
Both occupants of the Robinson R22 suffered only minor injuries. Authorities confirmed that they did not need hospital treatment.
The accident is being investigated.

The plane took off for Riga, Latvia, but had to turn back due to indication of an open door.

EasyJet flight EZY8435 had to return and make an emergency landing at Gatwick Airport in Crawley, England, on the afternoon of July 27.
The pilot decided to return as a precaution after the Airbus A319 experienced technical issues. The plane was en-route to Basel, Switzerland, from London, England, at the time.
The plane landed uneventfully.
