What: Qantas Boeing 767-300 en route from Perth to Melbourne
Where: Perth
When: Nov 12th 2010 3.15 pm
Who: 234 passengers
Why: After takeoff, while still near Perth, the left engine (GE) began emitting abnormal vibrations. The engine was not shut down, but the pilots decided on a a routine turnback, and returned to Perth and made a safe landing. Passengers were booked on to alternative flights with up to a five hour delay. This Qantas Boeing incident has nothing to do with the Qantas incidents related to a flaw in Airbus A380 engines.
Air India Plane Makes Safe Landing in Delhi after Engine Stall
Air India flight AI-433 made a safe emergency landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, India, on October 1.
The Airbus A320-200, en-route to Delhi from Varanasi, India, had to be landed in emergency due to an engine stall.
The plane landed safely. No injuries were reported.
Investigations are underway.
VivaAeroBus Flight Returns to Mexico City due to Landing Gear Issue

The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Puerto Escondido, Mexico, but had to turn back due to an issue with the landing gear.

Danish Air Transport Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Denmark
Danish Air Transport flight DX-31 had to return for an emergency landing in Bornholm, Denmark, on December 3rd.
The plane took off for Copenhagen, Denmark, but had to turn back after the crew noticed smoke in the cabin and cockpit.
