All Nippon Airways flight NH-232 made an emergency landing in Helsinki, Finland, on June 23rd.
The Boeing 787-800 plane heading from Brussels, Belgium, to Narita International Airport, Japan, was diverted due to a cracked windshield.
The plane landed safely. All one hundred and sixty-two people aboard remained unharmed.

Why: Taking off from Las Piedras, the plane struck a donkey with its right main gear.
Pilots continued on to Aruba where they made a safe landing.
There were no injuries. Apparently the forecast for repair is better in Aruba than Las Piedras.

British Airways flight BA-446 had to make an emergency landing in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on January 8th.
The Airbus A320-200 plane flying from Heathrow Airport, England, was on final approach to Amsterdam when the crew reported a gear problem and went around.
The plane subsequently landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
Blue Panorama Airlines flight BV-471 made an emergency landing in Warsaw, Poland, on October 12th.
The Boeing 767-300 plane took off for Bologna, Italy, but had to turn back due to an engine fire indication.
The plane landed back safely. All one hundred and twenty passengers and eight crew members remained unharmed.
Delta Airlines flight DL-1125 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Memphis, Tennessee, on June 29th.
The Boeing 757-200 plane heading from Atlanta, Georgia, to Los Angeles, California, was diverted due to a possible issue with one of the engines.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

What: Horizon Air de Havilland Dash 8-400 en route from Portland,OR to Seattle,WA

Who: 55 passengers, 4 crew
Why: While en route, the right engine was shut down. According to wptv witnesses aboard the flight, “there was an explosion. Then, all of a sudden, everything stopped, and it just got totally quiet, and everyone started to panic.” Passengers took photos of the plane’s stopped propellor; and then the plane began shaking, and they could feel the weight on the left side.
Pilots returned to Portland and made a safe landing. An inspection of the plane is underway.
A replacement jet was provided.
A Delta Airlines flight made an emergency landing in Fargo, North Dakota, on April 12th.
The plane heading from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, Minnesota, to Anchorage, Alaska, was diverted after the crew reported smoke in the cockpit.
The plane landed safely. All one hundred and eighty-nine passengers aboard remained unharmed.
