    LGW Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter Plane Returns to Germany due to Landing Gear Problem

    LGW Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter flight AB-8512 had to return and make an emergency landing at Berlin Tegel Airport, Tegel, Germany, on July 26th.

    The de Havilland Dash 8-400 flying on behalf of Air Berlin to Salzburg, Austria, had to return due to some issue with its landing gear.

    The plane landed safely.

    LGW Plane’s Tire Bursts on Landing in Saarbruecken

    Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter (LGW) flight AB-6478 blew a main tire upon landing in Saarbruecken, Germany, on August 29th.

    The incident happened when the plane was coming from Berlin, Germany.

    American Airlines Diversion


    On March 23, 2013, an American Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-83 Newark-Dallas flight diverted to Dulles when the first officer got sick.

    There were 141 passengers aboard American Airlines 1589, who disembarked in Dulles and boarded another flight at 2:00 pm.

    The first officer was hospitalized.
