Air Wisconsin flight ZW-4245/ AA-4245 had to divert and make an emergency landing at the University Park Airport of State College, Pennsylvania, on May 3rd.
The Canadair CRJ-200 flying on behalf of American Airlines was en-route from Philadelphia to Milwaukee, Wisconsin when it had to divert due to strange motions at high speed and some issue with the rudder.
The plane landed safely.
All 22 people aboard remained safe.

Why: About a mile from the Kleine- Brogel air base, the pilot of an F-16 fighter jet ejected after the jet suffered a bird strike. The accident occurred near the town of Peer. The pilot who has 500 hours was on a training flight, and after he ejected, ended up in a tree.
The plane has been written off as damaged beyond repair. Residents of Peer were told to keep their windows and doors closed because the plane’s tank contained “hydrazine,” a flammable and toxic. News reports now say that the tank was recovered intact.
A King Air plane made an emergency landing at Chadron Municipal Airport, Nebraska, at around 8:10 p.m. on November 17.
The aircraft landed in a wheat field near Runway 29, after both its engines lost power.
No one was injured in the incident.
The NTSB and the FAA were informed.

An Embraer EMB-201A Ipanema was en route from Paracatu MG to Goinia when the pilot had to make a forced landing in a field. The plane was commonly used as a cropduster.
The plane had had a fuel supply problem before but apparently this time the problem was in the fuel pump/power system.
The pilot was uninjured but the plane sustained some damage. There was no fire, but firefighters were on hand, and there was a fuel leak.
Centro de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (Cenipa) will be investigating.
