Delta Airlines Plane Returns to Narita International Airport
A Delta airlines flight had to make an emergency landing at Narita International Airport, Japan, on January 23.
The Boeing 757-200 was en-route to Saipan when the crew decided to return due to smoke in the cabin.
The plane landed uneventfully. All 97 passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Air Canada flight 623 made an emergency landing at Halifax Stanfield International Airport in Nova Scotia, Canada, on January 8.
Southwest Airlines flight 3097 had to return and make an emergency landing at Sacramento International Airport, California, on January 9.
Eastern Airways flight T34717 had to return and make an emergency landing at Aberdeen Airport in Scotland, United Kingdom, on January 7.
