Why: On takeoff from Goa-Dabolim Airport, the plane ran into a flock of birds. The bird strike ended up with several birds ingested into an engine.
The pilot didn’t have to make an emergency landing, as he had not actually left the runway. He just braked, and the passengers were able to disembark safely.

Condor flight XG-2063 had to return and make an emergency landing at Munich Airport, Munich, Germany, on June 5th.
FedEx Federal Express flight FX-684 had to return and make an emergency landing in Rochester, New York, on October 21st.
The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Las Vegas, Nevada, but had to turn back due to a bird strike.
