What: British Airways Boeing 777-200 en route from London to Toronto
Where: Toronto
When: Apr 25th 2010
Why: Over Toronto, the crew reported an engine problem and had to shut down the right engine. The flight made a safe landing.
The cause has possibly been attributed to a crack in one of the engine’s parts.

Air New Zealand flight NZ-6 had to return and make an emergency landing in Auckland, New Zealand, on April 6th.
American Airlines flight AA-1322 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Columbus, Ohio, on October 17th.
RUTACA Airlines flight 5R-310 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Barcelona, Venezuela, on February 14th.
Condor flight DE-2314 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Chania International Airport, Greece, on July 3rd.
