SpiceJet flight SG-160 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Ahmedabad, India, on July 4th.
The Boeing 737-800 plane heading from Mumbai to Delhi, India, was diverted due to the loss of cabin pressure.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Why: The plane took off successfully but developed a bleed air problem in the left engine. The bleed air issue is more routine than problematic but dealing with it is certainly a best practice; the crew had to burn off fuel to land, and circled; but then diverted to LAX for the maintenance facilities. On arrival to LAX, passengers were booked onto alternative flights.
A Thai Airways International (THAI) flight connecting Bangkok and the tourist resort Koh Samui, had to return and make an emergency landing at Suvarnabhumi airport in the morning of April 13.
Suvarnabhumi director, Raweewan Netarakavesana, said that the pilot discovered problems in the landing gear. She further said that the THAI engineers were inspecting the gear.
The passengers were taken to their destination through another plane.
British Airways flight BA-706 made an emergency landing at London Stansted Airport, England, on February 25th.
The Airbus A320-200N plane heading from Heathrow Airport, England, to Vienna, Austria, was diverted after the crew received a cargo smoke indication.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

What: Atlantic Southeast Airlines Canadair CRJ-700 en route from Newburgh NY to Atlanta GA

Why: While en route, the windshield cracked. The fight was diverted to Pittsburgh and landed safely. No reason is cited for the cause of the crack.
On July 23, 2013, a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-300 en route from Kansas City to Indianapolis developed a problem with the flaps.
Pilots diverted back to Kansas City and made an emergency landing. (See flight path below)
None of the 54 aboard suffered injury.
The flight eventually took off and arrived in Indianapolis at 1 a.m. with no indication if this was the same or a different jet.

Pakistan International Airlines flight PK-353 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Multan, Pakistan, on May 23rd.
The Boeing 777-200 plane heading from Peshawar to Karachi, Pakistan, was diverted after fire erupted in a galley.
The plane landed safely. There were 116 people aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.
