Scoot Airlines flight TZ-1 made an emergency landing in Singapore, on November 26th.
The plane flying from Sydney, Australia, was descending toward Singapore when sparks were seen emitting from the right engine. The crew subsequently shut down the engine and declared an emergency.
The plane made a safe landing. Everyone aboard remained safe.
A small plane made an emergency landing in Everglades, Florida, on November 13th.
The Cessna 152 plane, carrying two people, went down into a swamp on mile marker 47 near Tamiami.
According to Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Mike Jachles, “When that airplane came down into the swamp, the two men told our firefighters that the nose gear head caused the plane to flip over.”
Both occupants of the plane remained uninjured.
Air France flight AF83 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Québec, Canada, on December 8.
The Boeing 777-328, en-route from San Francisco International Airport, California, to Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris, when it diverted due to an alleged bomb threat.
The plane landed safely.

Luxair flight LG-6551 made an emergency landing in Luxembourg, on September 2nd.
The plane took off for Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport, Italy, but had to return shortly afterwards due to an issue with the flaps.

Scandinavian Airlines flight SK-1758 had to return and make an emergency landing in Gdansk, Poland, on June 20th.
The Airbus A319-100 plane took off for Copenhagen, Denmark, but had to return shortly afterwards due to smoke in the cabin.
The plane landed back safely. All eighty-eight passengers and five crew members remained unharmed.
AirBaltic flight BT-211 had to make an emergency landing at Berlin Tegel Airport, Germany on November 24.
The Boeing 737-300, flying from Riga, Latvia, declared emergency after it encountered severe clear air turbulence that injured a flight attendant and two passengers.
The plane landed uneventfully. Authorities said one passenger was taken to hospital with a fractured leg while the other passenger and crew member were treated at the airport.
The flight was carrying 59 passengers and 5 crew members at the time.
Saudi Arabian Airlines flight SV-891 made an emergency landing in Karachi, Pakistan, on December 1st.
The Airbus A330-300 plane was heading from Lucknow, India, to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, when the captain passed out, prompting the first officer to declare an emergency.
The plane landed safely in Karachi.
