A UTair Aviation Robinson R44 had two people aboard on November 22nd 2013 when it made a hard landing in Tyumen, Russia.
This information comes even before a preliminary investigation, but reports are that there was an engine malfunction.
Task Force Firehouse number 146 responded to the scene where it land at Tarakanova Yarkovsky village in Tyumen, Russia.

What: Iberia Airbus A340-600 en route from San Jose to Madrid
Where: Santo Domingo
When: Sep 14th 2009
Who: passenger identified as Maurer David Charles experienced a medical emergency
Why: In flight, the passenger became ill, necessitating an emergency landing, and immediate trip to the hospital where it was found by ex ray that he had swallowed bags of drugs.
The passenger is facing criminal charges.

UTAir flight UT-247 had to return and make an emergency landing at Vnukovo International Airport, Russia, on February 12th.
The Boeing 737-800 plane took off for Surgut, Russia, but had to turn back due to an unpleasant odor in the cabin.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
Air Canada flight AC-84 made an emergency landing at Heathrow Airport in London, United Kingdom, on August 8th.
The Boeing 787-900 plane was flying from Toronto, Canada, to Tel Aviv, Israel, when the crew decided to divert due to a fault in its oxygen system.
The plane landed safely. All 252 people aboard remained unharmed.
Kulula Airlines flight MN-493 had to return and make an emergency landing in Lanseria, South Africa, on November 9th.
The Boeing 737-800 plane took off for Cape Town, South Africa, but had to turn back after the crew received an engine overheat indication.
The plane landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

What: Jetblue Airbus A320-200 en route from New York to Fort Lauderdale
Where: Fort Lauderdale
When: Feb 24 2010
Who: 1 injury
Why: While en route, the plane encountered turbulence severe enough to injure a flight attendant. On landing at Fort Lauderdale, the flight attendant was hospitalized.

What: Jetlite Boeing 737-800 en route from Port Blair to Delhi
Where: NSC Bose international airport in Kolkata
When: 2.55 pm
Who: 187 passengers
Why: While en route, the Jetlite plane developed problems with its right engine, and diverted to the NSC Bose International Airport. The plane made a safe landing.
Jetlite defined the problem as “technical trouble” and said that the plane was being repaired in a parking bay.
* Kolkata was a scheduled stop. Passengers who were planning to continue on to Delhi were booked on other planes.
