    Small Plane Ran Out of Fuel, Crashed near Port Alsworth

    A small plane crashed some 20 miles northwest of Port Alsworth, Alaska, on May 26.

    The plane was en-route to Port Alsworth when it ran out of fuel and went down. Alaska State Troopers located it Tuesday night through a personal locator beacon.

    There were 3 people aboard, including the pilot Mark McNeill, 61, and his passengers Rocky McElveen, 64 and Talon Heying, 24. All of them remained uninjured.

    Piper Crashes in Hawaii, multiple injured


    What: single-engine Piper Cherokee registered to Offshore Flight School Inc
    Where: near White Plains Beach, near Kalaeloa, the former Barbers Point the former Barbers Point, Hawaii
    When: 11:46 a.m.
    Who: two women and a man were injured in the crash. The official opinion of the pilot is that she did a good job in not stalling the plane.
    Why: The pilot reported steering problems shortly after takeoff. The plane was flying practice routes around Kalaeloa and lost power on departure. On attempting an emergency landing, the plane flew through power lines, plunged through trees that broke off the aircraft’s wings and crashed just outside the runway area.

    MIG 21 plane crash in Rajasthan

    On July 15, 2013, at about 0930 hours, a vintage MiG-21 Bison fighter aircraft of IAF crashed on Monday while landing at Uttarlai Airbase in western Rajasthan. The pilot who was flying the plane died in the crash.

    The Indian Air Force fighter crashed while landing at Uttarlai Air Base, Rajasthan. The pilot had been on a routine training flight. The pilot failed to eject from the plane.

    A Court of Inquiry will be investigating.

    Emirates Flight Diverts to India due to Medical Emergency

    Emirates flight EK-359 made an emergency landing at Cochin International Airport, India, on February 2nd.

    The plane heading from Jakarta, Indonesia, to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was diverted after a passenger suffered a medical emergency.

    The plane landed safely. The patient was rushed to a hospital, however, he died on the way.

    What: Cessna 206, chartered by Tropical Aviation Corp., was traveling from the Casa de Campo International Airport in the Dominican Republic to San Juan
    Where: crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off the north coast of Puerto Rico, in what is being called “a debris field off the northwestern city of Quebradillas,”
    When: around nightfall Sunday Feb 8
    Who: carrying six people; missing pilot and all five passengers are U.S. citizens
    Why: Witnesses reported seeing an explosion on the plane before it crashed. They are still hoping to find survivors.

    Private Helicopter Crashed into Sea in Denmark; 3 Dead 1 Missing

    SeaA U.S. built Robinson 44 helicopter crashed into waters in central Denmark, near the eastern coast of Samsoe Island, on September 5.

    The authorities believe that the private helicopter was en-route to Samsoe with 4 people aboard when it crashed.

    Three dead bodies have so far been recovered from the sea, while the search for the fourth person is underway.

    The identities of victims and the information regarding ownership of the helicopter has not yet been released.

    The cause of crash is under investigation.
