United Airlines flight UA-510 had to divert and make an emergency landing at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, on July 2nd.
The Boeing 757-200, flying from Los Angeles, California, to Newark, New Jersey, had to divert due to oxygen leak.
The plane landed safely.
No injuries were reported.
Disabled Piper Quietly Lands on Palm Beach

Why: After having engine problems, a pilot quietly landed his twin-engine Piper Navajo on the beach south of the Palm Beach jetty. He said “The plane didn’t want to run anymore, so it landed.”
The pilot was not injured but the plane suffered some damage and will have to be dismantled to be removed from the beach.
The 1974 plane is registered to Secure Aviation, 10218 SE Banyan Way in Tequesta.
Gulf Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Bahrain
Gulf Air flight GF-506 had to return for an emergency landing in Bahrain, on March 9th.
The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Dubai, United Arab Emirates, but had to return shortly afterwards after the first officer reported feeling unwell.
The plane landed back safely. The first officer was shifted to hospital.
JetBlue Flight Diverted to Norfolk due to Unknown Odor in the Cabin
JetBlue flight 1534 had to divert and make and emergency landing at Norfolk International Airport, Virginia, at around 4:30 p.m. on January 12.
The Embraer aircraft, en-route from Tampa, Florida to Hartford, Connecticut, was diverted after the crew reported a strange odor in the cabin.
The plane landed uneventfully. All 93 people aboard remained safe.
Another aircraft was arranged which later took the passengers to Hartford.
