    Delta Airlines Flight Returns to St. Louis After Bird Strikes

    Delta Airlines flight DL-1080 made an emergency landing in St. Louis, Missouri, on August 18th.

    The Boeing 737-900 plane took off for Atlanta, Georgia, but had to turn back due to multiple bird strikes.

    The plane landed back safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

    Small Plane Crashes into Virginia Home; 3 Injured

    A small plane crashed into a home in Topping, Virginia, on October 7th.

    Authorities said the plane struck two trees and crashed into a home, shortly after departing Hummel Field.

    There were three people aboard, including two adults and a juvenile. All of them sustained minor injuries and were taken to Rappahannock General Hospital.

    No one was home at the time of the crash.

    The incident is under investigation.

    American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing at RDU Airport

    American Airlines flight 3356 made an emergency landing at Raleigh–Durham International Airport, North Carolina, on April 26th.

    The plane was coming from Dallas, Texas, when an indicator light went off, prompting the crew to declare an emergency.

    The plane landed safely. All ten passengers and three crew members remained unharmed.

    American Airlines Flight Returns to Phoenix due to Smoke in Cabin

    American Airlines flight AA-9240 had to return and make an emergency landing in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 3rd.

    The Airbus A321-200 plane took off for John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, but had to turn back due to smoke in the cabin.

    The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
