The Embraer ERJ-190 plane heading from Westchester County Airport, New York, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was diverted after smoke was noticed in the cockpit.
The plane landed safely. All ninety-eight passengers and four crew members remained unharmed.
NextJet Airlines flight 2N-30 had to return and make an emergency landing in Sundsvall, Sweden, on November 14th.
The plane took off for Gothenburg, Sweden, but had to turn back due to an engine issue.

United Airlines flight UA-1704 had to return and make an emergency landing at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, on March 14th.
The plane took off for Austin, Texas, but had to return shortly afterwards due to strong odor in the cabin.
The plane landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unhurt.
The incident is being investigated.
Jetblue flight B6-2020 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 18.
The Embraer ERJ-190, travelling from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Worcester, Massachusetts, was diverted after the crew reported a flaps problem.
The plane landed uneventfully.
All 90 people aboard remained unhurt.

Why: On approach to Atlanta, the flight encountered turbulence. A flight attendant was injured about a quarter of an hour before landing. There’s no indication if the turbulence was due to weather or wake turbulence.
