Why: The flight had the equivalent of a “check engine” light go off in the instrument panel. The Louisville’s basketball team which was on board deplaned safely after an emergency landing. The passengers were rescheduled for transportation later Tuesday for its Wednesday game; the rescheduled flight took off from Standiford Field at about 9:05 p.m. scheduled to arrive in Tampa after 11 p.m.
Asiana Airlines flight OZ-201 had to return and make an emergency landing in Los Angeles, California, on September 27th.
