Where: off Burnt Cedar Beach in Incline Village; south of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe pier
When: 11 a.m. Thursday Sept 11 2008
Who: pilot and passenger are both unhurt
Why: While the plane was being towed by North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District’s Marine 16 boat, it took on water a half-mile south of Burnt Cedar.
