    Who: Pilot and technician (Pilot Let. Col. (retired) Sigit Yudiarto and technician Titin Winarno.)
    Why: While engaged in spreading fertilizer (or spraying germ, or some other agricultural activity), the plane apparently fell from the sky and landed on the roof of the hospital, then on the ground on to a parked car.

    The roof over the hospital’s emergency area was damaged, and also one of the hospital’s cars. The hospital is operating as usual.

    Two Injured After Small Plane Crashes in Oregon

    A small plane crashed near Hillsboro, Oregon, on April 26th.

    Gennaro Avolio, 88, and his passenger Gary Hagstrom, 73, were aboard the plane when it went down in an orchard.

    Both occupants of the plane were seriously injured. They were taken to a hospital in Portland, Oregon.

    Small Plane Crash in Iowa Kills 4

    A small plane crashed in Guthrie County, Iowa, on November 9th.

    The plane was transporting four people to Osceola, Iowa, when it went down in a cow pasture. It is believed that the pilot had suffered a heart attack and a student pilot was attempting to make an emergency landing at Guthrie Center Airport.

    All four people were killed in the crash. They were identified as Edward Ralph Anderson,49, Patrick Kellen,36, Samantha Clark,15, and Tyler Douvia, 28.

    Colibri Crashes Stormy Mountainside in San Jose de Ocoa

    What: Dominican Consul Eurocopter EC120 Colibri en route from Santo Domingo to San Jose de Ocoa
    Where: San Jose de Ocoa, Dominican Republic
    When: 15-OCT-2009 at 14:55
    Who: 3 aboard, all fatalities
    Why: The Colibri light helicopter took off for Ocoa from the Hotel Santo Domingo‘s heliport at 2:35 p.m. but crashed into a mountain in the south of the country in heavy rain, killing all occupants (the pilot and two passengers: first lieutenant Wilker Diaz, Manuel Checo, Yendi Vásquez)

    The last communication with the pilot was at 2:55 p.m. when he told ATC he had Ocoa in sight.
    The Dominican consul in Haiti, Carlos Castillo—whose helicopter it is—was not aboard.

    Single-Engine Plane Crash Lands at Bankstown Airport, NSW

    CessnaA single engine Cessna aircraft crash-landed at Bankstown Airport in New South Wales, Australia on May 16.

    The fire and rescue teams were informed at about 9:30 a.m. after the aircraft crashed into the fence while attempting to land at the runway. However, rescue officials said that there was no immediate risk of fire since the fuel tank remained undamaged.

    According to the NSW police, the pilot of the Cessna aircraft, a 19 year old girl, survived the crash and is currently being treated for minor injuries.

    Mario Bayndrian, the general manager aviation of Bankstown Airport, said that the Australian Transport Safety Bureau has been informed about the crash.

    Cessna Crash in Rome Kills 2, Burns 30 cars

    What: Cessna 402B en route from Montichiari to Rome
    Where: Ciampino, Rome, Italy
    When: Sept 7, 2012
    Who: 2 fatalities
    Why: In Rome, a Cessna has crashed in a car depot near Ciampino airport. Thirty cars sequestered by police were damaged.

    The two aboard were killed on impact. They had been intending to land at Urbe airport in Rome but impacted at 167 Via Fioranello. Alfredo Segariol and Antonio Salvoldi, 39, Brescia were in the air performing a photographic surveys for the Rossi company. After impact, the Cessna caught fire; and the fire spread to gut thirty cars at the depot. The plume of smoke was visible across the city.

    It is not yet known if the plane had mechanical trouble or ran out of fuel.
