    Philippine AirlinesPhilippine Airlines flight PR-1857 had to return and make an emergency landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, Philippines, on March 19.

    The Airbus A340, flying from Manila to Cebu, Philippines, had just climbed out of runway when the crew reported smoke indication in the cockpit, prompting the plane to return.

    Medical Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing in Dallas

    A PHI Air Medical helicopter had to make an emergency landing at West Mockingbird Lane and Irving Boulevard in Dallas, Texas, on October 26th.

    The aircraft was on its way to pick up a patient when the pilot reported a possible fuel leak and decided to make an emergency landing.

    The helicopter landed safely. No injuries were reported.

    “We dispatched a different aircraft to pick up the specialized maternal team and complete the transport… We are grateful that the appropriate protocols were followed and all are safe”, PHI Air Medical said in statement.

    Delta Airlines Flight makes Emergency Landing in Washington

    DeltaDelta Airlines flight DL-2469 made an emergency landing at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, Washington, at 2:24 A.M. on July 16.

    The Boeing 767-300 was heading to Atlanta, Georgia from Anchorage, Alaska, when the pilot decided to make an emergency landing due to engine fire.

    The plane landed safely and all 255 passengers and 7 crew members remained unhurt.

    The passengers were accommodated in other flights.

    Lufthansa Plane Diverts to Boston due to Cracked Windshield

    LufthansaLufthansa flight LH-419 had to make an emergency landing in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 23.
