Envoy Air flight MQ-3956 had to reject takeoff from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, on November 6th.
The plane was accelerating to takeoff for Lake Charles, Louisiana, when it hit an object on the runway, prompting the crew to reject takeoff.
The plane safely vacated the runway. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

Why: The Pulsar Aircraft Super Cruiser plane climbed to an altitude of about 500 feet and crashed about 500 meters from the landing strip south of the airport. Fatalities included Yaron Degani, a 56-year-old Israeli businessman who manufactured small planes, and two businessmen—Lee Yen, 49, and Yu Wen Kao, 42— in Salvador on business on behalf of a Chinese aircraft company from Wuxi.
A 1993 Mooney M20M aircraft made a controlled emergency landing at Central Jersey Regional Airport, Hillsborough Township, New Jersey, on September 19.
The Pennsylvania-bound plane was taking off from the airport when its left wing touched a chain link fence adjacent to the runway, causing damage and forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing.
The plane landed safely. The pilot Ross Cole and his passenger Pamela Cole remained uninjured.
The incident is being investigated.
Alaska Airlines flight AS-3298 had to return and make an emergency landing in King Salmon, Alaska, on February 7th.
The plane took off for Unalaska, Alaska, but had to turn back after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines.
The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
