The Embraer ERJ-195, flying from Amsterdam, Netherlands, was on approach to Munich’s runway when the crew reported unusual odor and smoke on board.
The plane landed safely.
All people onboard remained unharmed.
Ryanair flight FR-4376 returned and made an emergency landing at Weeze Airport, Germany, on October 20.
The Boeing 737-800, en-route to Tallinn, Estonia, with 183 passengers aboard, had to return due to a bird strike.
The plane landed safely.
No injuries were reported.
The passengers were accommodated in a replacement flight.

The Canadair CRJ-900 plane took off for Luxembourg but had to turn back after a strange smell was noticed in the cockpit.
The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
SriLankan Airlines flight UL-166 made an emergency landing in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on July 30th.
The Airbus A330-200 plane flying from Kochi, India, declared an emergency after smoke was noticed emanating from a bag carrying a Lithium Ion battery and two mobile phones.
The crew discharged fire extinguishers into the bag while the plane continued for a safe landing.
All two hundred and two people aboard remained unharmed.

What: Thomas Cook Boeing 767-300 en route from Manchester to Tenerife
Where: Dublin
When: Oct 19th 2012 9.40am
Who: 325 aboard
Why: After taking off from Manchester, the crew reported smoke in the cockpit.
THe pilot diverted to Dublin and made a safe landing with a dozen emergency services units including fire and ambulance on standby.
Passengers disembarked and waited in the terminal for a replacement flight to Tenerife
LATAM Cargo Chile flight UC-1507 suffered a bird strike near Amsterdam, Netherlands, on January 24th.
The incident happened when the Boeing 777-200 freighter plane, flying from Miami, Florida, was on final approach to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
The plane continued for a safe landing. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
British Airways flight BA-242 had to return and make an emergency landing in Mexico City, Mexico, on July 17th.
The Boeing 747-400 plane took off for Heathrow Airport, England, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a pressurization issue.
The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
