    Wizz Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Budapest

    Wizz Air flight W6-4351 had to make an emergency landing in Budapest, Hungary, on February 26th.

    The Airbus A321-200 plane heading from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Orio al Serio International Airport, Italy, was diverted after the crew received unreliable airspeed indication.

    The plane landed safely. All two hundred and four people aboard remained unharmed.

    The plane was accelerating to take off for Kansas City, Missouri, when the crew rejected take off due to a bird strike.

    Delta Airlines flight DL-3613 suffered multiple bird strikes near Des Moines International Airport, Iowa, on November 5th.

    The incident happened when the Canadair CRJ-900 plane flying from Detroit, Michigan, was on final approach to Des Moines Airport.
