On May 13, 2013, an Aeroflot Airbus A320-214 en route from Sheremetyevo Int’l Moscow to Vaclav Havel Airport Prague made an emergency landing in Prague.
The plane landed with emergency services on standby, and was towed from the main runway. Passengers disembarked and were taken to the gate by bus.
The tires were damaged on landing (or the plane landed on damaged tires.
Aeromexico flight AM-11 had to return for an emergency landing in Santiago, Chile, on April 5th.
The Boeing 787-800 plane took off for Mexico City, Mexico, but had to turn back after cracks were noticed on captain’s windshield.
The plane landed back safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
A Sun Express flight had to divert to and make an emergency landing at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, Belgrade, Serbia, on October 17.

The drunk passenger was taken off the flight in Belgrade, while others continued their journey to Izmir.
American Airlines flight 2381 made a safe emergency landing in Lubbock, Texas, at around 8 p.m. on August 11.
The decision for emergency landing was made after the aircraft, en route from Orlando to Los Angeles, experienced engine trouble.
Emergency crews were put to alert at the airport when the plane safely touched the runway. No one was hurt.
The passengers resumed their flight to Los Angeles at 11:30 p.m.

What: US Airways Airbus A320-200 en route from Philadelphia to Los Angeles

Who: 135 passengers, 5 crew
Why: While en route less than an hour into the flight, the plane developed an undesignated problem with a flight computer. The crew diverted to Pittsburgh.
A replacement airbus was provided.
KLM flight KL-1690 made an emergency landing in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on January 15th.
The plane flying from Zurich, Switzerland, was descending toward Amsterdam when the crew noticed a strange smell in the cabin and declared an emergency.
The plane landed uneventfully. All seventy-seven people aboard remained safe.
Polar Air Cargo flight PO-214 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Seattle – Tacoma International Airport, Seattle, Washington, on April 22nd.
The Boeing 747-800 was flying from Nagoya, Japan, to Cincinnati, Kentucky, when it declared medical emergency mid-air, as the captain was incapacitated, prompting the plane to divert.
The plane landed uneventfully. The captain was taken to hospital.
