    Small Plane Crash in Texas Leaves Two Dead

    A small plane crashed in Parker County, Texas, on October 12th.

    The plane went down near the unincorporated community of Poolville.

    Two people were killed in the crash.

    The cause of crash is being investigated.

    FAA Air Traffic Controller Could Not Provide

    FAA air traffic controllers provided the pilot outdated flight visibility information that made navigation difficult for Steven Bunker. Bunker had requested an “airport surveillance radar approach”, a ground-based radar approach. After the FAA air traffic controller told him she could not provide “airport surveillance radar approach” service, the four people in Bunker’s helicopter died.

    On Sept. 27, 2008, the medevac helicopter that crashed in a wooded area of Walker Mill Regional Park: Kenneth Mallard, State police pilot Stephen J. Bunker, Trooper 1st Class Mickey C. Lippy and Ashley J. Younger.

    Jordan Wells who was also aboard, survived.

    Kenneth Mallard was an EMT for the Waldorf Volunteer Rescue Squad. Michael Loyola Rowan, his wife Tanya Mallard’s lawyer, is filing a $7 million federal lawsuit against the FAA for ” not doing everything necessary to ensure a safe landing for the Maryland State Police Trooper 2 helicopter.” Christina P. Lippy has sued for $15 million.

    Possible Suicide Crash in ultralight in Baru Rumania

    Where: Baru Romania

    Who: pilot
    Why: The ultralight took off from Deva airport, and crashed 60 kilometers away in rough topography between Pui and Baru Mare. The plane was loaned by the owner, Mircea Chira, to a businessman with more than 200 flight hours.

    The wreckage was found in a a rocky and forested area in Hunedoara county.

    The 47-year-old German pilot who lived in the Romanian town of Orastie apparently sent a farewell letter which some have interpreted as a suicide note.

    Cessna 150 Crashed in Adams County, CO: 2 Killed

    CessnaA single-engine, two-seater Cessna 150, fixed-wing airplane crashed in an open field near Imboden Road in Adams County, Colorado, on the morning of May 31.

    The accident killed two men, including the pilot.

    Although the names of the deceased have not so far been officially released, Amritpal Singh of Aurora, the owner of the plane, was said to be flying it at the time of crash. The other victim was a musician visiting the town to participate in a concert scheduled for the same night at Adams City High School.

    The aircraft took off at midnight from Front Range Airport in Adams County. The family members reported it missing at 3:45 a.m., and the wreckage was found at 7:30 a.m.

    Adams County Sheriff’s Office is further investigating the crash.

    Small Plane Crashed in Paulding County, Ohio

    A small plane crashed near the intersection of county roads 137 and 60, northwest of Grover Hill in Paulding County, Ohio, at around 6 p.m. on November 6.

    Unconfirmed reports suggest that the single-engine plane was on its way from Fort Wayne International Airport to Toledo when it crashed.

    It is believed that all those aboard were killed. However, the authorities did not say how many people were travelling in the aircraft at the time of crash.

    The accident is under investigation.

    Cargo Flight lost in Lagoon in San Juan, Puerto Rico

    What: Jet One Express Convair CV-340 en route from San Juan to St. Maarten
    Where: San Juan
    When: Mar 15th 2012
    Who: 2 crew
    Why: On takeoff, the Corvair developed engine trouble. They consulted with ATC and decided to return to the airport but instead ended up in the La Torrecilla Lagoon. Witnesses saw the plane trailing smoke as it approached.

    The pilot and copilot died on impact. The flight has been confirmed as flight 440 to Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. It was a cargo flight with only two crew aboard.

    Divers are working to retrieve the bodies from the underwater wreckage. No names have been released.

    Jet One has an office in Boca Raton Florida since Thursday, June 15, 2000 in the state of Florida when it filed as a Domestic for Profit Corporation.
