    What: Mahan Air McDonnell-Douglas MD-82 en route from Tehran’s Mehrabad Airport to Bandar Mahshah

    Lufthansa Cityline Flight Returns to Munich due to Engine Bleed Issue

    Lufthansa Cityline flight LH-1898 had to return and make an emergency landing in Munich, Germany, on March 2nd.

    The Canadair CRJ-900 plane took off for Turin, Italy, but had to turn back due to an engine bleed issue.

    The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

    Germanwings Airbus Diverts to Prague

    While a Germanwings Airbus A319-112 was en route from Moscow to Stuttgart, the plane issued warnings. Pilots diverted to Prague-Vaclav Havel (Ruzyne) Airport in the Czech Republic.

    Airport fire and rescue services responded to the scene according to the airport air crash consultant spokesperson

    THere were 144 passengers and five crew aboard the Airbus A320. There were no injuries reported on landing.

    A replacement plane was sent from Cologne.

    Thai AirAsia Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Engine Fire Indication

    Thai AirAsia flight FD-761 made an emergency landing at Udon Thani International Airport, Thailand, on March 13th.

    The Airbus A320-200N plane heading from Macau to Bangkok, Thailand, was diverted after the crew received an engine fire indication.

    The plane landed uneventfully. All one hundred and forty people aboard remained safe.

    EasyJet Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Edinburgh

    EasyjetEasyJet flight EZY811 had to make an emergency landing in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom, on November 3rd.

    The plane was flying from Gatwick Airport in England, United Kingdom, when the crew declared a medical emergency. According to the airline, the pilot “requested a priority landing in Edinburgh due to a passenger requiring medical assistance.”

    The plane landed uneventfully and was met by paramedics.
