    Two Dead in Cedar Fort Cessna Crash

    A twin-engine Cessna Citation Jet CJ1 owned by Donald L. Baker and his wife Dawn Hunter, crashed near Cedar Fort, Utah. Witnesses saw the airplane on fire and coming to pieces, and heard an explosion. The plane was due at Tucson but never arrived. Two unidentified bodies were recovered from a large debris field a mile long and a quarter mile wide. Snow and fog have been hampering recovery efforts. The names of the victims will be confirmed before they are released. FAA spokesman Allen Kenitze said the Cessna 525 “crashed under unknown circumstances.”

    Wizz Air Flight Returns to Tel Aviv due to Engine Issue

    Wizz Air flight W6-2542 had to return and make an emergency landing in Tel Aviv, Israel, on July 30th.

    The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Riga, Latvia, but had to turn back due to an engine problem.

    The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

    Private Jet with 9 Onboard Crash-Lands at Marco Island Executive Airport

    A private plane crash-landed at Marco Island Executive Airport in Naples, Florida, on March 1.

    According to the FAA, the Canadair CL-600 was attempting to land at the airport when the pilot noticed a fault in reverse thrusters. The plane was flying from Florida Keys Marathon Airport at the time.

    Authorities said the plane skidded off the runway before coming to stop at a safety zone.

    There were 9 people aboard at the time of incident; one of them was taken to hospital for examination.

    The accident remains under investigation.

    United Airlines Flight Diverts to San Francisco due to Lavatory Problem

    United Airlines flight UA-851 had to divert and make an emergency landing in San Francisco, California, on June 20th.

    The Boeing 777-200 plane heading from Chicago, Illinois, to Beijing, China, was diverted due to a lavatory problem.

    Four Killed After Small Plane Crashed in Blount County, Alabama

    A Cessna 210 plane crashed in Hayden, Blount County, Alabama, on March 25th.

    Authorities said the plane was heading from Kissimmee, Florida, to Jackson, Tennessee, when it went down.

    Four people were killed in the crash, including a 45-year-old man, a 43-year-old woman,
    a 16-year-old boy, and a 14-year-old girl. They are believed to be family members.

    The cause of crash is being investigated.

    Southwest Airlines flight WN-471 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on June 29th.

    The Boeing 737-700 plane heading from Dallas, Texas, to Kansas City, Missouri, was diverted due to an issue with the fuel system.
