The first group of businesses affected by the UPS plane crash will be allowed to reopen Wednesday as cleanup contractors work ahead of schedule. Metro leaders announced a phased reopening plan for the 90 impacted businesses, starting with Grade Lane locations between Don Hudson Boulevard and the Outer Loop.
