A Denver Police Department helicopter made an emergency landing at Washington Park, Denver, Colorado, at around 7:30 p.m. on November 1.
The Air One helicopter was on a routine patrol flight around the city when a bird hit it, breaking its bottom and exposing a part of cockpit. The pilot then looked for a safe site and landed the aircraft.
The authorities confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.
The helicopter was flown back to Centennial Airport next morning.
