A privately owned Cessna 210 flew from Culiacan to La Noria; then an hour after leaving La Noria, the Cessna crashed in Sinaloa Mexico in a field and burst into flames.
Pilot Aaron Meza Martin del Campo, 21, and co-pilot Fortunato Ramirez Perez, 25 and two unidentified women died in the crash.
The accident is under investigation. THe cause may have been pilot error.

Five people are feared dead after a single engine plane crashed in Ridgeway Reservoir Colorado.
The incident happened in the south of Montrose at 1:50 pm on March 22, 2014. The plane was on its way to Montrose regional airport from Oklahoma. Investigators believe that none of the five passengers survived, although no victims have been found yet.
Rescue and search efforts are still in progress, whereas a team of divers is recovering the parts of plane from water. NTSB and FAA will be investigating the incident.

What: Herman Hassinger Architects Beechcraft A36 Bonanza en route from Nashua to Laconia Where: Hooksett, New Hampshire When: Oct 25, 2012 1:30 pm Who: 2 aboard, 2 fatalities Why: According to reports, the single-engine Beechcraft hit a light pole alongside I-93 northbound.
The two aboard, Husband and wife Herman and Doris Hassinger, were on their way to a board of trustees meeting at a New Hampton boarding school, and died when the plane crashed on to the shoulder and guard rail after glancing off the pole.
Herman Hassinger was ejected into the woods about 25 yards from the plane.
The plane sustained heavy front-end damage. The debris included parts fallen from the light pole and about six feet of the plane’s wing.
The Bureau of Aeronautics, FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will be investigating.
What: X Aviation LLC Piper PA-23-250 Aztec en routes from Hooks to Tyler Where: Near Lake Palestine, Bullard, TX When: Sept 12, 2012 Who: 1 fatality Why: The pilot identified as 51-year-old Stephen Annis of Huntsville, crashed behind a subdivision, spiraling down, missing most of the trees and crashing. An ambulance is responded to the crash, which is located in the 15000 block of Treasure Cove in Bullard. In the adjacent neighborhood, witnesses heard the thud, smelled the fumes and saw flying debris. Investigators speculate he was aiming for the lake, and trying to avoid the neighborhood.
The NTSB has concluded that wake turbulence was the problem that downed the jet. Air traffic controllers told the Learjet pilots to slow down significantly so as to not gain ground on the 767, but they flew into wake 4 miles behind the jet. This action has been interpreted as pilot error. Additionally, the contract pilots may not have been qualified on the jet as deficiencies in their certifications were uncovered.
The Learjet departed San Luis Potosà (SLP) at 18:04 on a flight to Mexico City (MEX). On board were a.o. Mexican Interior Minister Juan Camilo Mourino, Deputy Attorney General Josi Luis Santiago Vasconcelos and Miguel Monterubio Cubas, the director of social communication.
The flight was uneventful and the Learjet passed LUCIA VOR at 18:40 and ATIZAPAN VOR at 18:42. It passed SAN MATEO VOR at 18:44, at an altitude of 11000 feet and an airspeed of 262 kts. It was trailing a Boeing 767-300 (Mexicana Flight 1692 from Buenos Aires). At 18:45 hours the aircraft was instructed to switch to the Tower frequency which the pilot acknowledged but never contacter Mexico Tower. At 18:46 the flight was observed approaching runway 05L. The last radar position of the aircraft was 7.5 miles from the Mexico VOR on the 256 radial, at an altitude of 9700 feet at 185 kts airspeed.
The airplane crashed on the Avenida Reforma and caught fire. Several cars were destroyed and at least five people on the ground were killed.

The National Transportation Safety Board has released the preliminary report on Palatka plane crash incident that happened on March 21.
According to the report, the pilot was preparing to land when he saw other planes passing by. So he altered the plane’s position in order to provide sufficient space between his and other planes heading to the runway. However, when he finally attempted to go around and screwed the throttle in, the engine stopped working.
The Cessna LC41-550FG was carrying two persons: the 73 year old pilot Richard Carrara and 71 year old Malcolm Clevenstine. Clevenstine died March 22, while the pilot has survived with serious injuries.
What: Brim Equipment Leasing Inc Hughes 369D Where: Childress, TX When: Nov 27, 2012, 4:05 p.m. Who: 2 aboard, 1 fatality Why: While hovering above ground, the aircraft was holding a passenger suspended fifty feet below. THe passenger was working on a power line a hundred feet above ground.
The helicopter lost power and fell. Pilot Keith Hard was sustained back injuries in the crash and was hospitalized at Childress Regional Medical Canter. Jonathan David Suhr was working on the power line and impacted the ground when the helicopter fell. Suhr was taken to Childress Regional Medical Center where he died.
