EasyJet flight U2-7945 completed an apparently uneventful flight and landed safely at Vienna International Airport, Vienna, Austria on March 10.
The Airbus, en-route from Amsterdam, Netherlands, to Vienna, had landed safely and was ready for return flight, when the captain reported that the plane had ingested birds, causing damage to the fuselage and engine.
The return flight was postponed.
All passengers were accommodated in a replacement plane.
