    American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Buenos Aires

    American Airlines flight AA-996 made an emergency landing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on August 26th.

    The Boeing 777-200 plane took off for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, but had to turn back due to a hydraulic issue.

    Why: Flight FR 9086 from Alicante to Gothenburg made an uneventful forced landing at Billund airport, Denmark due to technical problems. The plane took off normally at 6:55 but diverted to Billund instead of arriving at Gothenburg at the scheduled time of 10:15. Details are scarce.

    Enrique Inclesias Emergency Landing

    Where: flying over the Atlantic emergency when there was a problem with one of the engines. Landing at the the Bedfordshire airport in Luton and then flew on to London on the same plane.

    Why:After engine trouble, the pilot shut down one of the jet’s engines, and made an emergency landing at the nearest airport.

    American Airlines Plane Diverts to Chicago due to Hydraulic Failure

    American Airlines flight AA-67 had to divert for an emergency landing at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, Illinois, on January 23rd.

    The plane heading from John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, to San Francisco, California, was diverted after the crew reported a hydraulic failure.

    The plane landed safely. There were 110 people aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.
