    Two Injured after Small Plane Crashed in Shawano County

    A small plane crashed off of County Road K and Church St. in Waukechon, Shawano County, Wisconsin, on the morning of November 15.

    Authorities said the plane, carrying a pilot instructor and a student, went down in a farm field.

    Both occupants of the plane were injured and were shifted to ThedaCare Health Center, Shawano.

    The cause of crash is being investigated.

    Honduras Crash in Rio Abajo


    A Bell 407 helicopter carrying Honduran political candidate Juan Hernandez to a rally in Juticalpa developed mechanical problems.

    The helicopter made noises indicating problems, fell, and lost its tail in Rio Abajo, Guaymaca. No injuries were reported of the six aboard: Hernandez, wife Ana Garcia, the president of Honduras, Rafael Leonardo Callejas, mayor of Tegucigalpa, Ricardo Alvarez and campaign coordinator, Oscar Alvarez.

    The helicopter crashed from low altitude. No cause has been determined for the accident. Hernandez continued on the campaign trail in another chopper.

    African Air Services Crashes in Congo

    What: African Air Services Commuter en route from Bukavu-Kavumu Airport to Lusenge Airfield
    Where: Congo
    When: Feb 14 2010
    Who: 2 aboard, 2 fatalities
    Why: A small African Air Service owned Let 410 cargo plane, registration 9Q-CIF, was damaged beyond repair in an accident at Mont Biega, D.R. Congo. Both crew members (Ukranian and Congolese) pilot and copilot were killed. The cargo that was aboard is unknown; rescue workers are forming an expedition to examine the scene, and recover the bodies and wreckage.

    Clinch Crash Kills Two


    What: 1974 single-engine Piper PA28-151, registered to Warrior Aviation LLC of Syracuse, Ind
    Where: Grainger County mountaintop
    When: Saturday 12:20 p.m.
    Who: Two people were on board. Lowell Owens and his wife, Susan, 51, both fatalities
    Why: The crash is under investigation, though delayed as crews attempt to clear obstructions in the road to Clinch Mountain

    TAM Airlines Changed Flight Number after Clairvoyant Predicted Plane Crash

    TAMTAM airlines changed the number of flight JJ3720 after a renowned clairvoyant Jucelino Nobrega da Luz predicted that a plane having this number would crash.

    Jucelino Nobrega da Luz told the officials that flight JJ3720, scheduled to take off from Sao Paulo to Brasilia on Wednesday, would crash on the main Paulista drag of Sao Paulo due to engine problems. He says he had also predicted the deaths of Brazilian racer Ayrton Senna and Princess Diana.

    TAM airlines authorities considered it an “indispensable information”, and changed the flight number to JJ4732.

    Baja Crash Kills Two Mexican Flight Instructors

    What: Armada de México Fuerza Aeronaval Zlín 242L
    Where: La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico
    When: Dec 5, 2012
    Who: 2 aboard, 2 fatalities
    Why: The flight departed from the Naval aviation school in La Paz; it was a training flight. The two Mexican aviators aboard, Mexican Navy flight instructor Lieutenant Commander Adrian Ignacio Gonzalez Vargas, and Mexican Air Force flight instructor Major Alfonso Barajas Jesus Verduzco, died in the crash.

    The Moravan Zlin 242L single engine aircraft crashed at 11:30 a.m., 36 kilometers southeast of La Paz
