jet olled right and nosedived, sputtered and emitted smoke, before the jet exploded in flames. The pilot ejected from the plane, and survived with minor injuries. The one other hornet in the show may or may not perform in the airshow.

Last month, Arthur Demetrio must have been full of hope and good news when he took his girlfriend Thays Pereira da Cruz flying, and asked her to marry him by having his parents hold up banners saying “Thays Marry me” in an airfield in Cachoeira do Sul Brazil.I wish this were the end of the story.
This Wednesday, Demetrio spoke to his fiancée Thays on the phone.
Later that day, his Cessna 140 aircraft was flying out of the airfield where he proposed.He crashed in Cachoeira do Sul.
His student Darlan Kabata dos Santos, 31, and he both died. There was almost no warning, though Demetrio had time to tell ATC he was having plane trouble, something about the elevator, which controls the nose of the plane.
Officials informed his fiancée; she was the first to know. The family is devastated.
Arthur Demetrio will be buried in Santa Catarina, where he is from.
The accident is under investigation.

Peru training crash

A Peruvian National Police Bell UH-1H with three aboard was en route from Tangier Island airport 8:05 p.m. when it crashed over an area of coca cultivation during night training.The wreckage was located near Tingo Maria Peru on La Moyuna Mountain.
Base control indicated that before communication broke off at 8:00 pm, the helicopter was in distress.
The helicopter worked the area of ??Leoncio Prado and Alto Huallaga (Tingo María) under drug control in cooperation with the United States.
The three crew, two officers and a sergeant of the Peruvian police members were retrieved and taken to the air base in Tingo Maria. Search teams located the helicopter five minutes from a local police base.
Crop Duster Plane Crashes in Australia
A small plane crashed in Kirknie near Townsville, Queensland, Australia, on July 27.
A young farmer was piloting the crop duster plane when it went down. The pilot sustained minor injuries and was treated on the scene.
The cause of accident is still under investigation.

2 Killed as Helicopter Crashed During Gidroavisalon 2014 Air Show in Russia
A Mi-8 helicopter, belonging to PANH Helicopters, crashed near the landing strip of Gelendzhik airport, Russia on September 5.The accident happened while the helicopter was performing at an international hydro air show, Gidroavisalon 2014 in Gelendzhik.
Two people aboard the helicopter were killed in the crash while another one was seriously injured.
The cause of the crash is not yet known.
Pilot Seriously Injured after Cessna Crashes in Valley County
A Cessna 182 plane crashed off Big Creek Airstrip in Valley County, central Idaho, at 8:30 a.m. on June 29.The pilot, Jay Minor, 71, from Oregon, was the only person on board. He suffered multiple life threatening injuries and was transported by air ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
Other aircrafts in the area informed Arnold Aviation about the crash, who subsequently notified the Valley County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the Valley County officials nine people have died in six aircraft crashes over the past year in the county.
Filmmakers Lost in Aussie Chopper Accident

Why: Taking off, the helicopter was carrying two men scouting locations for a Jervis Bay documentary when the Robinson crashed and caught the field on fire.Andrew Wight, The fifty year old pilot was from Melbourne, writer-producer of the 3D movie “Sanctum” based on Wight’s near-death experience in an underwater cave.
Mike DeGruy, 60, of Santa Barbara, California, won multiple Emmy and British Academy of Film and Television Arts, or BAFTA, awards for cinematography. He was a specialist in underwater photography.
Four ATSB investigators will be investigating.
A Rural Fire Service (RFS) responded. The cabin of the chopper burned, and sparked a brush fire.
