    United Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Sarasota

    United Airlines flight UA-3692 had to return and make an emergency landing in Sarasota, Florida, on December 2nd.

    The plane took off for Newark, New Jersey, but had to turn back due to a bird strike.

    The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

    Small Plane Makes Emergency Landing near DuPage Airport

    A small plane had to make an emergency landing in a field near DuPage Airport in West Chicago, Illinois, on October 11.

    Authorities said the BE36 plane landed in emergency after experiencing engine failure.

    The pilot, who was the only one aboard, remained safe.

    The FAA was investigating.

    Four dead in Bahamas

    A First Class Flyers LLC Cirrus SR22 with four aboard took off from Grand Bahama International Airport shortly after 11am Sunday morning November 10, 2013. Officers of the Royal Bahamas Marine and Police responded to the scene.

    The plane had experienced engine trouble prior to the crash.

    The plane crashed a few miles off the coast of Grand bahama Island. The names of the four Americans were not released immediately, but now the fatalities were reported as Fishers businessman Tony Wishart and Cindy Mierzwa from northern Indiana and Glen and Leslie Steiner from Arizona.

    Two Dead After Small Plane Crashes in New Jersey

    A small plane crashed in Burlington County, New Jersey, on June 13th.

    The plane was carrying two people when it went down. Both occupants of the plane were killed in the crash. They were identified as Robert Winner, 69, and Timothy Scannevin, 71.

    It is believed that they were on an “Angel Flight” mission to transport a patient from Massachusetts to Philadelphia.

    American Airlines Flight Diverts to Alabama After Engine Failure

    American Airlines flight AA-5359 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Birmingham, Alabama, on February 15th.

    The plane heading from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Virginia, to Jackson, Mississippi, was diverted due to an engine failure.

    The plane landed safely. All fifty-two people aboard remained unharmed.
