A plane owned out of Williamson County by a Motley Crue band member has been involved in a deadly crash in Scottsboro, Arizona, killing at least one person on board.
No injuries were reported after a small plane ran into a fence during an unexpected landing Friday night at Jack Brooks Regional Airport.
Officials said the pilot, who was the only person on board, was killed when the aircraft went down during takeoff just before 1:30 p.m.

LANETT — The owner/operator of the Blue Skies Above flight school was present at the Monday meeting of the Lanett City Council, and Council Member Tony Malone asked him to speak about a special guest that was hosted last week at the Lanett Regional Airport.
